Miami Beach short term apartments for rent.
While the pulsing lights, see-and-be-seen clubs and chic restaurants of South Beach (or SoBe as the locals call it)
lure night owls by the thousands, we chose to stay at short term rent apartments Miami Beach because it was a
couple of miles north of the city's hustle and bustle. It was a joy to get up in the morning, open the shades and
see the breaking waves of the Atlantic Ocean. All accommodations at short term
rent apartments Miami Beach are
suites, providing plenty of elbow room and all the creature comforts we expected in a short term rent apartments
Miami Beach of this stature. At ground level between the condo apartment and beach, we took a dip in one of the
two lagoon-shaped swimming pools set in lush gardens with a cascading waterfall as a backdrop. The property also
sports two Jacuzzis as well as outdoor dining and a bar between the pools.
We were so happy about the choice we did for our short term rent apartments Miami Beach. Even though we did not put
too much time into it, just browsed around the many properties available for that time at the site, selected the
location of our preference, the quality of the accommodations, a few mouse clicks, and yes it was done, we had our
New Year's Eve reservation ready.
We opted to see in the New Year unfettered by formal wear and joined the throng of Miamians at Bayfront Park,
across from the downtown area and abutting Biscayne Bay. There were carnival rides and cotton candy stands, along
with an amphitheater hosting a variety of bands. Everyone kept an eye on the giant orange as it slowly rose to the
top of the Hotel Inter-Continental and then stopped, signaling the New Year had arrived.
It was our first New Years' Eve we spent out of town and we were certainly very happy of the town of choice and the
short tern rent apartments Miami Beach we had selected for our stay.
In the days and nights surrounding the holiday, we hit SoBe's famous clubs and restaurants. At Pearl's Restaurant
and Champagne Bar we devoured lobster bisque, sushi and seared tuna. We found Rumi, owned by a New York designer
who Harper's Bazaar calls the "emerging queen of supper-club swank," to be a romantic hot spot. This restaurant is
small, quiet, and almost demure, as if letting the food speak for itself (and it did). Our favorite nightclub, by
the way, very close to our short term rent apartments Miami Beach, was the Opium Lounge, with several large dance
floors and rooms in an Eastern mystic motif and a choice of techno or R&B music. Everywhere in South Beach, we were
struck by the beauty of the people - men and women who look as if they've just stepped off a fashion runway. And
the beauty of this all is that we were just steps away from our short term rent apartments Miami Beach; making it
easier to have a change of clothes, pick up or drop by our photo cameras or just come by the apartment suite to
make a long distance call to our families.
New Year's Eve can be celebrated anywhere, but bringing in the New Year in Miami proved to be a tropical glamour
fest. Don't forget your shades for the morning after.
