Winning entry may not be used during Christmas or Easter Holiday season. Dates are subject to availability, and a confirmed reservation is required.
The winner for the One Week will be drawn by 2RentMiami on September 1st., (August 31st. 12:00pm last acceptable entry) and will receive a certificate for 2 people good for 6 nights/7 days base rate rental of an Ocean Beach Studio Apartment to be provided by 2RentMiami.com. Additional fees may apply. Certificate may be applied to a longer stay if available at time of reservation and at additional expense.
The winners for the 3 Days / 2 Nights will be drawn on July 1st, September 1st., November 1st., and January 1st. Other conditions remain the same.
Employees of 2RentMiami and their families are not eligible.
Prize not redeemable or exchangeable for a cash value. Lodging must be used within one year of drawing. Standard damage (refundable) and cleaning (non-refundable) deposits and reservation fees if any apply. Taxes apply.
The property asssigned for this contest is Ocean Beach Studio Apartment BUT if for any reason property is not available 2RentMiami has the right to allocate a similar unit in the area.
