This gorgeous 1930`s condo is located in Miami Beach, South Beach, two blocks from Ocean Drive and two blocks from the 3rd Street Beach, known to locals as Model Beach. The Oleander is located on Euclid Avenue (turns into Washington) and 3rd Street. The condo is located in the exciting SoFi (South of Fifth Street) Historic Art Deco district.
The interior was recently renovated and the original hardwood floors have been restored. The condo includes crown molding and new furniture has been added through out (including a queen bed). The condo has modern amenities such as Cable TV, a DVD player, and High Speed Internet Access, while maintaining its original 1930`s Miami Beach charm! The condo is located on the second floor (no elevator) and is in a secured building with keyed entry.
From the many windows, there is a wonderful view of Washington Avenue, and the condo is close to the best restaurants, nightlife and museums that Miami Beach has to offer! The breathtaking views also include outdoor dining, the beautiful Mediterranean Condos next door and people strolling up and down the streets.
There are also stunning views of the Jewish Museum, which has stained glass windows and a stained glass domed roof. Another exceptional feature of this condo is that there is a greenway in front of the building, which separates it from street activity.
The condo is also conveniently located on the Electric Wave Bus route. The Electric Wave is an electric bus that runs along Washington Ave. from 1st Street to 17th Street (to Lincoln Road Mall and the Miami Beach Convention Center) with stops every few blocks. The bus is $.25 cents each way and is a convenient and hassle-free way to get around South Beach!
